Because it is the exception the rest of the site describes, written by somebody who was there. Standing water in a wall cavity is saturation, not contamination, and no fog treats that. It came out.
“Little to no demolition” is printed on the van, and the honest word in it is “little”. Between a third and a half of jobs involve removing some material. A company that only published the reviews where nothing was opened would be selling a different promise from the one it keeps.
