What is collected

The forms on this site ask for a name, a phone number, a city or ZIP, and optionally an email address, a description of the problem and whether you are authorised to approve an inspection of the property. Nothing else is requested and nothing else is required.

What it is used for

Scheduling and carrying out a free inspection, and following up about it. Contact details are not sold, rented or traded, and they are not passed to a third party except where doing the work requires it, for example the independent laboratory that reads a clearance sample, which receives the property address rather than your contact details.

Text messages

The published number accepts both calls and text messages, including photographs. A photograph you text is treated the same way as anything else you send: used to do the work, and not published anywhere without asking.

This site’s own data

A submitted form sends what you typed into it: your name, your phone number, and whatever else you chose to fill in. It goes to the people who book the inspections and nowhere else. Standard web server logs record the usual request information. Analytics are Google Analytics and Google Search Console. Call tracking is CallRail, which swaps the displayed phone number so a call can be attributed to the page that produced it.

Access and deletion

California residents may ask what information is held about them and ask for it to be deleted, and the request does not have to be made in any particular form. Email info@moldzerollc.com or call (626) 671-8885.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that affects information already collected, the change will be described on this page rather than silently swapped in.
