What whole-home mold remediation includes
Treatment for the mold you found and the mold behind it. Before anything is fogged, the water gets found and corrected, because treating a room while the leak that fed it is still running is theatre. Then containment goes up, and the signature five step fogging process runs: HEPA vacuum, hygienic damp wipe, the Spor-Klenz fog, a second HEPA vacuum, and the Goldshield fog against regrowth.
The fog reaches wall cavities, attics and crawlspaces a spray bottle never will, which is why the plaster stays on the wall in the large majority of jobs. There are honest exceptions. Saturated material, structural rot, or an active leak behind the wall still has to come out, and you hear that at the inspection rather than after the invoice.

Most treatments run a few hours and most homes are back in use the same day. Larger properties, and jobs that need drying time before treatment makes sense, take longer. You get a real timeline at the free inspection, based on what was measured rather than a generic range.
Sometimes. Between a third and a half of jobs involve removing some material, usually saturated drywall, framing with structural rot, or a cavity with an active leak still running into it. In most cases the finish does not have to come off, because the fog reaches the cavity on its own. Which one applies to your house is something you hear at the inspection.
We do not publish a price, because the honest one depends on the property. What moves it is the area going under containment, how many separate spaces are involved, attic and crawlspace access, what is feeding the moisture, and whether any material has to come out. The on-site inspection is free, and the number comes after somebody has walked the house.
Regrowth on treated surfaces, in writing, for one year, absent a new water intrusion. It sits on top of the independent laboratory clearance: the job is not done because we say so, it is done because the lab’s numbers say so, and if they are not clean we come back.
